When adding a Tiny Home, ADU, or Yurt there are several design options to choose from. We have built a variety of structures ranging from $10,000 to $145,000.

The first step is to choose a style or design that you like and we’re happy to assist you in the design process. After you have chosen the design, we will need to survey your land to choose the ideal location. The location will be determined by the type of structure, the foundation that it needs, the necessary utilities, and the natural environment around it.

The timeline of completion will depend upon the complexity of the structure, the availability of materials and resources, and the weather.
